Shipping and membership policy : The Softwares are on the cloud and they can be accessed and used as long as the subscription is valid . after the validity is over, the data will not be visible. There shall be no physical shipping of any Softwares. Membership and access to the Softwares is only with valid subscription.
Cancellation policy : The membership cannot be cancelled, once subscribed. However, on expiry of subscription period the membership shall automatically be cancelled.
Return Policy : The purchased subscription shall not be taken back by the company. Subscribers can use it during its validity.
Refund Policy : No request for refund shall be accepted. Subscribers are requested to view the demo. Free trials shall be available at times as a promotional policy but is not mandatory.
Privacy / Confidentiality policy : The subscriber shall set his own username and password for his use. The same shall not be in the possession of the company and hence, the data stored using the username and password shall be the private property of user. On expiration of subscription, the data shall be erased from the cloud service. On renewal after the expiry of last subscription, it shall be treated as new subscription. If the renewal is before expiry of current subscription, the date shall be carried forward.
DeltaEta shall not be responsible for errors happening due to misuse or omission or commission. The results are calculated using standard mathematical and statistical formulae for linear transactions.
